Original Artworks:

Shipping for original artwork is free in Australia. Local pick-up in Maldon, Victoria is available. If you are in the area please get in touch to arrange a studio visit and/or pick up of your order. 


Original artworks are carefully custom packaged for safe shipping. I use Australia Post or a courier service depending on the size of your artwork with a signature required on delivery. 


This item is fragile and will be shipped with reused bubble wrap. Please recycle or reuse. All other packaging is recyclable and/or compostable. 


Keep in mind that during the Covid-19 pandemic shipping is taking longer than expected. We do not offer express shipping during this time as delivery times can not be guaranteed. 

Prints, Stationery and Tea Towels:

A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders however postage and handling within Australia. Free Australia-wide postage is offered for orders over $50. We use Australia Post. We do not offer express shipping during this time as delivery times can not be guaranteed. Please note wrapping paper will be folded into A4 size for postage.

International shipping and customs fees:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. These are payable by you. 

If you do not see your location available at check out please get in touch with us at, noting the item you are looking at, and I will see what I can offer. 

We also sell selected items and designs on Etsy, RedBubble and Society 6 which may suit your shipping location better.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know asap!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be 100% at your cost. I take no responsibility for the wrong addresses. Once an item is sent there is no way of retrieving it and the item will be sent to the address that is on the payment receipt.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number. 

Returns, exchanges and refund policy:

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of orders for any reason. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please send an email to within 2 days of receiving your item along with a picture and we can discuss a solution.
